I have a lot of yarn.
Well, no, actually, I don’t. At least, not yarn that I want to knit or crochet with. But I hate wasting things, so I’ve come up with a goal (and a reward, of course!)
My goal is to use up all of my yarn. By June.
There’s yarn in the basket on the left, but nothing in the second basket. This place is in serious need of a clean-up.
Wait, there’s more!
Why, yes, I do think I’m crazy. Especially because I don’t particularly enjoy knitting with acrylic anymore, but I really can’t face the clutter in the corner of my room anymore. It’s not like I can’t buy any more yarn, although I will try my best not to. And certain yarns are exempt from this “all of my yarn” thing. There’s too much of it. (1000+ yards of laceweight on a cone, anybody? And 5 cones of it? I blame mom for those! Still, they have their uses, despite being nylon/acrylic blends.)
Tomorrow I’ll have a WIP parade (and hopefully one of those WIPs will be an FO by then). Yay for stash busting?
