WIP Wednesday

I’m still practicing away on editing photos, but at least the color is pretty true for the lighting.  All of these photos were taking in the same light, yet I had to edit them differently because of the color of the yarn.

Pomegranate is a hard color to photograph.  It’s a deep red in some lights; other times it becomes almost orange-y red.

The Aura sweater has been getting a lot of love, since the deadline is June 15th.  I finished a sleeve last Wednesday, just need one more sleeve and the front.  Almost done!

I haven’t really been working on it, but it got a tiny bit of love.  Enough that you can start to see the twisting stitches.

I actually spent most of the day finishing off the Honeycomb Twist Hat.  Omgosh, I absolutely love how the crown turned out!  Here’s a sneak peek at the bottom while it blocks:

While not the best artsy-fartsy photo I took, I do love the bottom.

I can’t wait to see how the top of the honeycomb hat turned out! I’ll bet it’s great! Still love the colors in your “tiny bit of love,” too. I think you’ll make your deadline with Aura.
